Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas will give away a gun a day for 30 days. Only 1,000 tickets are sold for this raffle. Each ticket is eligible to win every day. One ticket could win multiple times! This raffle is being held by the following:

Here’s how it works:
- Each ticket costs $100.
- Only 1,000 tickets (numbered 000-999) will be sold.
- One person may purchase as many of the 1,000 total tickets as are available at the time of purchase.
- Each ticket is automatically entered in all 30 drawings, so ticket holders can win more than once.
- The raffle drawing will start September 29, 2025. Winners are determined by the exact order of the Texas Lottery Pick 3 Morning (10:00 A.M.) drawing, Monday through Saturday (There are no Sunday ‘Pick 3’ drawings)
- Winners will be notified daily by telephone and email (if provided). Winners must claim the prize from Guard and Defend Firearms within 30 days of November 3, 2025.
- Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded and will be considered a donation back to Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas.
- Winner(s) must qualify under applicable law(s) and be able to pass any/all applicable background check(s). Background checks/compliance and release of the weapon is at the sole discretion of Guard and Defend Firearms.
- FFL Transfer fee payment is included with each prize awarded.
- Photos on electronic/social media, physical collateral and any other advertising media are representative and may not reflect the actual configuration of each gun awarded.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase raffle tickets, to claim a gun, and qualify under all applicable laws.
- Ticket numbers are assigned at random and all ticket sales are final.
- By participating in the Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas (hereinafter referred to as CSSETX) Raffle/Event, the winner(s), their heir(s), estate or assigns, agree(s) to hold harmless in perpetuity, CSSETX, its Board of Directors, Employees, Volunteers and Affiliates from any liability or damages resulting from the receipt, use or misuse of said award, including, but not limited to, death, injury, loss of income, faulty operation, defect, failure, negligence, omission or other harm and will bring no suit or cause against CSSETX.
