This week Crime Stoppers needs your help with information about an explosive device found on private property.
In October of 2012 an explosive device was located on private property in Deweyville, Texas, off Highway 12. It did not detonate, but it was a sophisticated device. We are hopeful that someone may recognize the device or items used to make it. The device is 18 inches tall, 8 inches wide, covered in foil backed air conditioning tape. The device contained Tannerite, gray paint and talcum powder.
